Julie Verhoeven- so inspiring...

Once again I've turned to my beautiful Julie Verhoeven books for inspiration. She creates the most beautiful images. Julie studied Art and Design on a Fashion Diploma course and began her career by working for Galliano before setting out as a fashion illustrator and textile/accessories designer.

I have two of her books, Fat Bottomed Girls and Julie Verhoeven. These books are beautiful, beautiful and her images manage to be both lovely and dark at the same time. I think her stuff is so unique, don't you?

Her drawings are beautiful - I love the Primal Scream cover she created. Looks like she's collaborating with Mulberry at the moment.

Lol.

Romany- of course I have! JRR Tolkien claimed that it was an especially beautiful phrase. Especially when spoken by a Welsh person for some reason, and I'm Welsh!

Ooh I thought so! Omg that's such a huge coincidence (the Welsh thing)...do you personally believe that it's a beautiful phrase? I liked Drew Barrymore's character in that, and of course Jake was freaking hot! ;)
